Be as organised as you want to be.
-
Carry a complete calendar in your pocket or purse.
View your day, week, month, and the year at a glance. Or, see today's appointments combined with your to-do list and unread emails in the Agenda view. You can even colour-code your appointments. Say, red for work and blue for fun. -
All of your contacts in one place.
Keep names and phone numbers, email addresses, and more at your fingertips. Enter a birthday or anniversary date into a contact's entry and it automatically appears on your Calendar. Take a picture of a friend2 and add it to their contact information so you can see who's calling. -
So much to do, so little time.
Life gets busy. Keeping a to-do list makes it feel so much more doable. Sort your tasks by categories like business or personal. Prioritise them, create deadlines, and stay focused by setting reminders. Then check off tasks as they get done. That's the fun part. -
Jot down a note or two hundred.
Now there's a place to save all that information that you don't want to forget, from meeting notes to your favourite movie quotes, and get to it all with just a few touches. Recipes, insurance info, a shopping list-you name it, you have it. -
Synchronise with Outlook®.3
You can choose to sync Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Memos on your Treo™ 680 with Outlook instead of the Palm® Desktop software. If your company uses Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003, you may be able to wirelessly synchronise your Calendar, Contacts, and email directly with the office server. Just ask IT. -
Thanks to the calculator, it all adds up.
Figure out the tip on a restaurant bill, balance your chequebook, and (if you're really ambitious) do advanced calculations involving APR, exponents, and trigonometric functions.
See your entire day at a glance.
Carry hundreds of contacts with you.
Make a mental note. Better yet, record it.
