This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only aged 18+, excluding employees of Palm and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion
To enter the Prize Draw you must register online at www.palm.com. To do this you must provide your email address and select your destination city of choice
Entry to the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person
No purchase is required to enter the Prize Draw
The closing date for all entries is 12pm midnight on 15th October 2009
All personal data collected for the purposes of the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Palm’s Privacy Policy
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Prize Draw terms and conditions
The Prize Draw will be made under independent supervision. The Prize Winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date and will be provided with details of how to redeem the prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond within 28 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original
The Prize Winner can select one of four possible prizes as outlined below:
- London prize: 1 x trip to London for 4 people consisting of return economy flights (from either Dublin, Cork, Madrid, Barcelona or Malaga), airport taxes and fuel surcharges, private airport transfers in London, 2 nights accommodation at the Park Lane Hotel 5* based on two people sharing a double / twin room including breakfast, plus dinner at the hotel or a top local restaurant
- Berlin prize: 1 x trip to Berlin for 4 people consisting of return economy flights (from either London, Liverpool, Glasgow, Dublin, Cork, Madrid, Barcelona or Malaga), airport taxes and fuel surcharges, private airport transfers in Berlin, 2 nights accommodation at the Concorde Hotel 5* based on two people sharing a double / twin room including breakfast, plus dinner at the hotel or a top local restaurant
- Madrid prize: 1 x trip to Madrid for 4 people consisting of return economy flights (from either London, Liverpool, Edinburgh or Dublin) airport taxes and fuel surcharges, private airport transfers, 2 nights accommodation at Villa Real 5* based on two people sharing a double / twin room including breakfast, plus dinner at the hotel or a top local restaurant
- Dublin prize: 1 x trip to Dublin for 4 people consisting of return economy flights (from either London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Madrid, Barcelona or Malaga), airport taxes and fuel surcharges, private airport transfers in Dublin, 2 nights accommodation at the Davenport Hotel 4* deluxe based on two people sharing a double / twin room including breakfast, plus dinner at the hotel or a top local restaurant
The Prize Winner can book their holiday up to but no later than 25th June 2010 and can take their holiday up to but no later than 31st December 2010. Usual booking terms and conditions apply. Any amendments made by the Prize Winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to additional administration charges and any tickets and vouchers issued will be non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Failure to comply with these requirements will lead to loss of the prize
The prize may not be taken on Public Holidays including Christmas and Easter, and in all other cases dates are subject to availability at the time of booking
Valid passports are the responsibility and cost of the Prize Winner and any travel companions. The Prize Winner will be responsible for supplying valid passports and, where necessary, visas. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance
The Prize Winner accepts responsibility for their proper conduct and that of any travel companions during use of the prize
There is no full cash or part cash alternative prize available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize can only be taken by the Prize Winner and named travel companions in person
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for hotels / tours / airlines being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter will offer an alternative holiday prize pack of equivalent value
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and with the exception of liability arising either from fraud, or from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Palm or its employees, Palm excludes all liability howsoever arising connected with the Prize Draw and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise)
Palm reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Prize Draw without notice
The Promoter’s decision in all matters to do with the Promotion will be final
The Prize Winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize. Data provided when entering this competition may therefore be used for administration purposes including provision of the Prize Winner’s name and county if requested
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
